Elisabeth's 'Strong. Capable. Female.' journey began when she created a simple t-shirt through her photography business, little knowing the profound impact it would have. In 2019, while separated from her family for five long months due to military obligations, Elisabeth felt a powerful urge to reevaluate her life. During this challenging time, she discovered a deep passion for cultivating a positive mindset, achieving work-life balance, and embracing genuine self-love and self-care. These newfound passions continue to guide her path today.

Inspired by the transformations she witnessed in her own life, Elisabeth realized that many women around her yearned for similar changes. She saw a collective need for positivity and empowerment, and she was determined to be the beacon of light that women deserved.

Family forms the core of Elisabeth's world: three loving children, a husband who fills their home with laughter, a laid-back Saint Bernard, and a not-so-devoted cat. Her businesses were born from a dream to be fully present with her family, and she emphasizes the importance of work-life balance for both herself and her clients.

Elisabeth passionately pursues her two businesses. Through Elisabeth Ashliegh Photography, she captures the beauty of families and couples, freezing their most precious moments in time. With Oak & Ivy, she curates social media experiences, fostering genuine human connections in an increasingly digital world.

One of her greatest joys is traveling the world with her loved ones. Elisabeth's photography has taken her to distant corners of the globe, from the enchanting landscapes of Europe to the vibrant culture of Mexico. Alongside her husband, they've explored over 30 states and ventured through seven countries together, with plans for even more adventures in the coming year. Additionally, she dedicates special trips each summer to bond with her children and create lasting memories with friends.

Elisabeth's purpose is clear: she's on a mission to infuse light and positivity into the lives of the women she encounters, serving as a stepping stone towards the truly beautiful lives they both need and deserve. Her journey embodies the essence of being Strong, Capable, and Female, inspiring others to embrace their own strength and potential. 

Alyssa is a devoted wife and mother - nothing bringing her greater joy than nurturing her two wonderful children. Together with her husband, she has created a loving and supportive home where her children’s well-being is her top priority. Her commitment to her family is unwavering, and she pours her heart into ensuring they feel loved, cared for, and encouraged every day. At the center of Alyssa’s life is her deep and abiding faith. Her devotion to Jesus guides her every step, providing her with strength, clarity, and a profound sense of purpose. 

Beyond her roles as a wife and mother, Alyssa is deeply passionate about empowering the women around her. She has a natural gift for fostering connections and creating an environment where others feel supported and valued. Alyssa is an incredible listener, always offering a compassionate ear and heartfelt advice to those who seek her guidance. She is dedicated to uplifting others on their personal journeys.

Alyssa’s creativity knows no bounds, and she finds joy in a variety of artistic endeavors. This energy and light continues to inspire Elisabeth to this day. Elisabeth asked Emily to come to the very first Strong. Capable. Female. retreat to offer Raindrop Sessions and facilitate a workshop using essential oils. At that retreat Elisabeth and Emily naturally worked together from start to finish, making the retreat so much more together than it ever would have been apart. 

Emily's calling in empowering women to rediscover and nurture their inner selves ensures she is the right person to elevate the Strong. Capable. Female. retreats just for you. She believes in the power of self-care and personal growth, guiding women on their own transformative journeys. Her passion for helping others thrive spiritually, emotionally, and physically shines through in all she does.

Meet Taylor- a powerhouse of resilience, heart, and fierce dedication to lifting women up. Equal parts wit and wildfire, she brings humor and heat to everything she does.

As a devoted mom to two wild, wonderful boys (ages 3 and 4), Taylor’s mission runs deep: to raise strong, kind men who value women, respect their voices, and show up with empathy and integrity in the world. Her parenting is rooted in purpose, and her passion for empowering women is reflected in everything she does- both in her home and her career.

Taylor wears many hats, and wears them well. She’s a small business owner, fitness instructor, and currently serves as a Project Manager with Oak & Ivy, where she helps businesses grow through strategy, systems, and soul. Her love for entrepreneurship and female-led leadership fuels her work, making her an invaluable part of any team she joins.

Outside of the workday hustle, Taylor thrives in movement and adventure. You’ll often find her training for obstacle course races, mud runs, or enjoying time in nature with her two rescue pets- Bear Bear, an Australian Shepherd with a heart of gold, and Fish, a feisty cat who’s always along for the ride. She’s an avid reader, traveler, and reality TV connoisseur who knows the joy of a quiet night in with her husband just as much as the thrill of a finish line.

Taylor brings intention, strength, and realness to every space she walks into. Her deep belief in the power of women to rise- for themselves, their families, and their communities-  makes her a perfect fit here at Strong. Capable. Female. She’s not here to play small, and she’ll never let you forget your power either.

Meet Jackie- a creative force of intention, insight, and unapologetic brilliance.

With a background in business operations, systems, and marketing, Jackie brings a sharp mind and a soft heart to every project she touches. Her degree in Interior Design gives her a deep appreciation for visual storytelling- she sees branding not just as design, but as soul made visible. 

Jackie has spent years helping small businesses grow with structure and strategy, and she’s passionate about equipping women with tools that fuel both clarity and confidence. Behind every spreadsheet or system she builds is a desire to see more women rise, thrive, and lead without apology.

As someone who cares deeply about women’s rights and safety, Jackie believes in creating spaces- digital or physical- where women feel protected, empowered, and heard. Her voice in our work is steady, thoughtful, and full of fire.

In her spare time, you’ll find her kayaking, collecting vintage gaming memorabilia, or enjoying quiet moments with her two Italian Greyhounds and four rescue cats. She’s also currently learning Japanese- a reflection of her belief that it’s never too late to grow, shift, or learn something new.

Jackie is proof that systems can be sacred, strategy can be soulful, and that women who care deeply make unstoppable change. She’s here to make magic, and we’re so lucky to have her.
